About Us

 Daren is chief cook and creator of the dishes that are served from the business.   Happy in the knowledge that his passion for food and cooking is such that no work day actually feels like work, when not being in the great outdoors with Lisa, he spends most of his spare time researching new recipe ideas.  

 Lisa is the administrative and organisational brain behind the company.  Lisa is also chief food taster and takes an equal role in helping to come up with new recipes and ideas for venues for the food business.  Lisa is also embarking on a course of study of the nutritional benefits of following plant-based diets.
